EfficiencyOne is a non-profit organization based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We are a leading efficiency enterprise and work with several partners to supply cost-effective energy efficiency and carbon mitigation services throughout the province and beyond.

In 2021, EfficiencyOne continued to help Nova Scotians by:

•  Avoiding over 100,000 tonnes of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through programs and services
• Saving more than one billion in energy costs, including more than $208 million in savings for low-income homeowners and tenants
• Providing rebates on more than 1,600 solar photovoltaic (PV) installations, saving more than 16.8 MW of new solar generation capacity
• Upgrading more than 230 band-owned homes in all 13 Mi’kmaq communities as part of our long-term, relationship-building with the Mi’kmaq of Nova Scotia; and
• Supporting 2,600 jobs in Nova Scotia’s energy efficiency sector.
