Requirements:

• 1yr minimum - previous experience spraying close cell, spray foam insulation
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to haul and maneuver a trailer is a bonus!
• Experience in the spray foam industry
• Construction experience preferred
• Clear Criminal Background Check
• Would require working in confined spaces and working at heights
• Willingness to learn within a construction environment
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• Knowledge of equipment and diagnosing issues is beneficial.
• Reliable
• Physically fit
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation

Required Personal Tools/Equipment:

• PPE, small tools
• Steel-toed safety boots

Specific Skills you will be trained on:

• Spraying commercial building, structures, roofs, trucks and some awesome specialty projects
• Assembling, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, rigging and hoisting equipment
• Measuring and cutting insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
• Applying and securing insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods
• Installing vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
• Installing Polyureas, roof coatings and latest technology products
