DUTIES

• Interpret construction drawings
• Install solar power systems
• Residential service and panel upgrades
• Interconnect electrical devices and conductors
• Improve procedures and practices with critical thinking and problem solving skills

REQUIREMENTS

The following items are required for consideration with Kuby Energy:

• Have Journeyperson certificate/ticket
• Residential electrical experience
• Passion for solar power or sustainability
• Desire to learn and improve
• Integrity and accountability
• Be extremely hard working and have willingness to solve problems
• Clean driver abstract
• Fall Arrest training

ASSETS

The following are some items that can set you apart:

• Solar PV experience
• Post-secondary degree, diploma or dual ticket
• Experience with small teams
• Experience as a foreman or crew leader
• Red and/or Blue seal
